Summary We are seeking an Installer to join our team at McGregor Glass & Mirror Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for the Measuring and Installation of various glass products, ensuring precision and quality in every project. Your work will directly contribute to our mission of providing outstanding service and top-notch products to our customers. Responsibilities Measure with accuracy to 1/16″ of showers and mirrors. Install heavy glass frameless shower doors and other glass products with precision. Ensure all installations meet safety standards and quality expectations. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent service. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Requirements Communication in the English language, and Imperial (fractions) measurements. To qualify on our commercial insurance policy as a driver of company vehicles, you must hold a valid Driver’s License, in the State of Florida, with no more than 5 points and be 21 years of age. This is a requirement for this Lead Position Previous experience in glass installation or a related field is

REQUIRED.

Ability to cut and polish plate glass Use of laser level Knowledge of CRL and USH shower door hardware, barn door assemblies, semi-frameless bypass door assemblies, mirror stack units, glass shelving hardware and installation, etc. Knowledge of hand tools, hand held power tools, power saws, generators, etc. Knowledge of Aerial lifts such as Articulating Boom, Lull, etc. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills for interacting with customers.
