As a Henley Handyworks Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of handyman services, including general repairs, installations, seasonal maintenance, and property improvements across residential and light commercial properties. This role requires hands-on experience, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and outstanding customer service. Technicians must be comfortable working independently or alongside a partner, effectively managing tasks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general handyman services such as drywall repair, painting, flooring installation, pressure washing, door/window repair, and more Complete seasonal maintenance tasks for subscription clients (e.g., filter changes, gutter cleaning, inspections) Accurately track time, materials used, and work completed via mobile app Communicate clearly with clients regarding scope of work and job updates Operate and maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles responsibly Follow all safety protocols and uphold Henley Handyworks’ quality standards

Qualifications:

2+ years of handyman, general maintenance, or construction experience preferred Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Reliable transportation (if using own vehicle) Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work on ladders, and perform physical labor Strong communication and customer service skills
