Fence Installer / Skilled Laborer Fence Fanatics Lakewood Ranch, FL 34211 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Fence Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing various types of fencing, including wood, vinyl, and chain-link. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Fence Installer will be responsible for ensuring that all installations meet quality standards and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Install various types of fences according to specifications and customer requirements. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials. Perform concrete forming tasks to secure fence posts and ensure stability. Conduct landscape maintenance and hardscape work as needed to prepare installation sites. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining high-quality standards. Handle heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications Proven experience in fence installation or related fields such as carpentry or landscaping is preferred. Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and equipment necessary for fence installation. Strong skills in welding and concrete forming are advantageous. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as required by the job duties. Knowledge of frame carpentry techniques is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
