Murray Homes is currently hiring Field Technicians to support our continued growth and commitment to excellence. As a Field Technician, you’ll work closely with our Project Coordinators and Superintendents, assisting with day-to-day maintenance and operational needs across multiple job sites on a rotating basis. The job entails the following requirements: Must have regular attendance/ punctuality. Must be honest and be able to take directions. Must cooperate with others. Must be able to report to work at sites between Sarasota, Longboat Key, and Siesta Key areas as directed Must have reliable transportation preferably equipped to carry tools and material Lift, carry and hold construction materials, tools and supplies. Clean tools, equipment and material in work area Operate site maintenance tools such as shovels, weed eaters, blowers and silt fence installation Operates manual material handling equipment such as hand jacks and wheeled carts Perform minor maintenance and cleaning activities with tools and equipment Assist with basic carpentry requirements Perform water testing on windows and troubleshoot problem areas as needed (with assistance) Occasionally perform duties for Murray Homes owners such as pressure washing, installation of holiday decorations, etc. Adhere to all job site rules and make the best effort to keep all job sites looking clean and safe. Must follow all safety rules and guidelines to ensure your safety as well as others.
