Hotel Maintenance Technician Dhruv Management 648 67th Street Circle East, Bradenton, FL 34208 Hotel Maintenance Technician Best Western Plus Hotel and Suites – Bradenton, FL Full-time | Pay based on experience We are looking for a dependable and skilled Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Best Western Plus Hotel and Suites in Bradenton, Florida. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in general hotel maintenance and repairs, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance throughout the hotel Troubleshoot and repair PTAC units and HVAC systems Maintain and repair guestroom door locking systems Complete general repairs including basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work Respond promptly to guest service and maintenance requests Keep maintenance tools and areas clean, safe, and organized Work independently and manage time effectively to complete tasks
Qualifications:
Previous maintenance experience in a hotel or similar environment preferred Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC, and basic electrical/plumbing Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues Self-motivated and reliable with strong attention to detail Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed
