Your Role as a

Maintenance Technician:

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our apartment munity stays in top condition. You will handle maintenance requests, perform preventative maintenance, and assist with property upkeep to provide a safe and fortable living environment for our residents.

What You’ll Do:

Maintenance & Repairs:

Perform timely and efficient maintenance of residential units, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and carpentry.

Preventative Maintenance:

Regularly inspect the property to identify and address potential issues before they bee major problems.

Service Requests:

Respond promptly to work orders from residents and resolve issues to ensure resident satisfaction.

Safety & Compliance:

Ensure the property plies with safety standards by performing routine safety checks and maintaining a clean and hazard-free environment.

Emergency Support:

Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies to ensure 24/7 support for residents.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the on-site management team to maintain the property’s condition and assist with larger maintenance projects as needed.

Our Ideal Candidate:

High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent level of education and experience.
2+ years of experience in apartment maintenance or a similar role.
A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle is required for this role for the purpose of on-call emergencies.
Flexibility and availability for on-call duty and emergency repairs.
EPA and CPO certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general repairs.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to plete tasks efficiently.
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to municate effectively with residents and team members.
Proficiency in using maintenance tools and equipment.
Must be willing to perform additional duties such as snow removal, and unit touch ups.
