Job Responsibilities:
answering the phones, gathering customers information, and scheduling maintenance appointments. Streamlining Maintenance Technician Schedules/Routes. Optimizing Routes for lowest possible drivetime. Making Happy Calls after maintenance takes place to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction. Confirming Maintenance Appointments in advance Identifying the correct maintenance technician per maintenance customer. Solve problems & handle difficult customers Provide outstanding customer service at all times, and go the extra mile for the customer. Basic filing & Clerical work Inputting Important Maintenance Information into customer profiles. Adjusting Memberships as needed.
