Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pool Construction Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on field position responsible for assisting in all aspects of fiberglass pool installation—from site preparation to final construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a passion for quality workmanship.
Primary Responsibilities:
Prepare job sites including layout, excavation, and grading Set and level fiberglass pool shells according to design specifications Assist in plumbing installation, backfilling, and subbase compaction Operate heavy equipment and construction tools safely and effectively Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout all project phases Support quality control, inspections, and job progress documentation Adhere to all company safety standards and procedures
Qualifications:
Prior experience in construction or landscaping is preferred Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation are required Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong attention to detail and a commitment to craftsmanship Capable of following directions and working collaboratively with team members Experience in pool construction is a plus but not required—training provided

Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, occasional Saturdays as needed Typical hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (may vary by project)

$15.00 – $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
