Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm HH Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

Prepare vacant units for new residents by performing tasks such as painting, carpet cleaning, and general repairs. Conduct regular inspections of apartments, common areas, building exteriors, and building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical). Perform preventive maintenance tasks, including replacing filters, lubricating parts, and checking system operations. Address maintenance requests from residents promptly and efficiently. Repair or replace electrical components, such as outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures. Perform basic carpentry tasks, such as patching walls, repairing doors, and installing cabinets. Ensure all maintenance work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Respond to emergency maintenance requests and situations. Document all maintenance and repair activities. Maintain an inventory of supplies and order new materials as needed. Communicate effectively with the property management team regarding maintenance needs and issues. Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Ability to use common tools and equipment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
