Job Description:

The Benichay Group is seeking a reliable and personable team member to join our Airbnb operations team in downtown Miami. This role involves greeting guests in the hotel lobby, providing a smooth check-in experience, and assisting with property maintenance.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and check in Airbnb guests in the hotel lobby Provide basic support for TV and internet troubleshooting Perform light handyman tasks (e.g., minor painting, tightening screws, etc.) Light cleaning and restocking of supplies as needed Ensure a clean, guest-ready environment at all times

Qualifications:

Must have reliable transportation Tech savvy knowledge of HVAC electrical and plumbing Basic knowledge of TV and internet setup/troubleshooting Light maintenance skills and attention to detail Strong customer service skills Must speak Spanish How to
