Responsibilities:

General Maintenance:
Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment. Perform maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs. Address issues related to heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. 2.
Repair Work:
Respond promptly to repair requests from employees. Fix or replace faulty electrical switches, outlets, and other elements. Repair or replace plumbing fixtures and components. 3.
Installation:
Install and assemble furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Set up and maintain tools and equipment used in various repair and maintenance tasks. Assist with the installation of appliances or other items as needed. 4.
Safety Compliance:
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines. Identify and address potential safety hazards in the workplace. 5.
Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with equipment or systems. Develop and implement effective solutions for identified problems.
Qualifications:
