un ⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Groundskeeper/Handyman (Miami) compensation: $25/hr employment type: experience level: mid level job title: Groundskeeper/Handyman Looking For Groundskeeper/Handyman to do daily yard work (rake, blow, trim trees, etc) and outdoor cleaning (deck, driveway, pathway, windows, etc), and to perform minor repairs. Ideal candidate will also have experience painting and performing related tasks. Must have a car (preferably a truck) and valid drivers license for picking up items at Home Depot, etc. You will work Monday thru Friday, and a minimum of 4 hours per day, depending on your schedule it could be more. You will be our caretaker for our beloved home in Coconut Grove, Miami FL. We prefer someone who lives within a 15 or 20 minute commute. The property is approx a half acre with lots of palm trees, a pool and a pond- all of which you will be caring for.
