Handyman Progress Home Improvements Miami, FL Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in home repairs and maintenance, demonstrating the ability to tackle various tasks efficiently and effectively. This role requires a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks. Assess and troubleshoot issues to determine the best course of action for repairs or improvements. Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress. Complete tasks in a timely manner while ensuring high standards of quality are met. Experience Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role is preferred. Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and tools used in home maintenance. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects as necessary upto 75lbs.
