Full Job Description Requirements:
Regular attendance Must be able to perform essential functions and meet minimum work standards with, or without accommodations. Responsible for trouble shooting automated industrial equipment. Responsible for installation, and maintenance of equipment. Responsible for building maintenance and repair. Responsible for strong preventative maintenance program.
Responsible for assisting in concerns:
OSHA, reduction of utilities, garbage, etc. Responsible completing work order assignments 7. Uses knowledge of industrial maintenance to repair, modify, or fabricate parts for any mechanical equipment. Requires analysis of equipment to determine necessary repairs. 8. Ability to analyzes blueprints, drawings, and schematics of automated industrial equipment. 9. Install utility lines for steam, water, air, gas, vacuum, condenser, etc., including soldering, pipe threading, and electrical conduit. 10. Performs preventative maintenance on all equipment. 11. Complete all required safety training. 12. Use a maintenance site to record data.
Secondary Job Functions:
Maintains a clean and orderly work area. Record all required work in a timely manner: work orders, time sheets, request forms. Performs other various job duties as may be assigned.
Requirements:
Strong background in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and troubleshooting skills. Prior experience with boiler maintenance. Knowledge of steam, air, and plumbing. Good communications skills with all levels. 5. High School, GED, or equivalent plus two years related experience. 6. Possesses plumbing, and welding skills. 7. Ability to speak and write in a clear, understandable manner. 8. Must provide own tools necessary to complete essential job functions .
