Maintenance Seaspice Restaurant – 3.8 Miami, FL Job Details Full-time $20 – $25 an hour 12 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Qualifications Management Electrical systems Plumbing HVAC Entry level Full Job Description Responsibilites include but are not limited to: Perform cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping etc. Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls etc. Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues Install appliances and equipment Conduct maintenance tasks Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems Check functionality of safety systems Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations and repairs Report all isues to management. Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems Experience using hand and electrical tools Ability to read technical manuals and drawings Seaspice is an upscale waterfront restaurant located on the Miami River, close to Brickell and downtown. We are seeking energetic, self-motivated, honest individuals . Applicants must have a high level of standards and passion to grow in the industry.
