Maintenance Operations Technician Special America’s BBQ Inc Medley, FL 33178 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong technical skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties Preventive Maintenance :
Performing routine building and machinery checks and maintenance to prevent equipment breakdowns.
Troubleshooting :
Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Installation :
Setting up new machinery and ensuring proper functionality.
Repairs :
Replacing malfunctioning components, such as gears, bearings, and valves.
Documentation :
Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities and reporting issues.
Safety Compliance :
Adhering to safety protocols and regulations and ensure the the building complies with safety standards. Requirements Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication. Strong understanding of electrical systems and logic controllers. General maintenance tasks. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Availability to night shift and working on weekends if needed.
