The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance, ensuring that all equipment and systems operate efficiently. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment. Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting. Conduct painting tasks as needed to maintain aesthetic standards. Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure timely completion of tasks. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities . Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or other departments, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Assist in the development of maintenance schedules and plans to prevent equipment failures. Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems effectively. Familiarity with HVAC, Electricity and Plumbing is a plus. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively.
