Maintenance Technician Spotwork Doral, FL 33172 Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance and mechanical systems, demonstrating the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various equipment and systems. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and requires a proactive approach to maintenance tasks. Duties Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues as they arise. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections. Perform general building maintenance and minor repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical). Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks. Complete painting, patching, and basic carpentry work. Respond to maintenance service requests and keep records. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations. Skills Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance practices and procedures. Proficient in reading schematics and technical drawings. for repairs or custom fabrications. Solid mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems. 2+ years of maintenance or facility operations experience. Solid knowledge of HVAC systems and troubleshooting. Basic plumbing, electrical, and painting skills. Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures.
