Full Job Description Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician with experience in plastic injection molding to join our manufacturing team. This role is critical to ensuring the optimal performance, uptime, and safety of injection molding machines and related equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, a proactive mindset, and experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive maintenance on injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and facility systems according to maintenance schedules. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Maintain and repair robotic systems, hot runner systems, chillers, thermolators, dryers, conveyors, and material handling systems. Conduct machine changeovers and support mold setup technicians as needed. Work with production and engineering teams to identify root causes of recurring equipment issues and recommend improvements. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment. Follow all safety protocols and support continuous improvement efforts related to safety, quality, and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2-4 years experience in a plastic injection molding environment. Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing injection molding equipment. Must be bilingual. Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and basic electrical systems. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
