The Purpose:

Must be able to accurately diagnose and repair machinery and maintenance issues.

In addition tasks will include:

painting, plumbing, upkeep of building maintenance including electrical, heating and HVAC system. Provide routine inspections and repairs. The successful candidate must be dependable, have mechanical ability, good problem-solving skills, and can do minor electrical repairs. Someone who is eager and willing to learn, and have a positive attitude. Must be physical enough to stand, squat, lift and lower objects throughout the day. English speaking a must, bilingual is a plus.
