The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance, ensuring that all equipment and systems operate efficiently. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various machinery and systems while providing excellent customer service. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery. Fabricate parts as necessary to ensure operational efficiency. Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings for troubleshooting. Utilize tools such as an Ohmmeter to diagnose electrical issues. Supervise maintenance projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Collaborate with team members to improve processes and resolve issues effectively. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns promptly and professionally. Requirements Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems. Experience with logic controllers and their applications in maintenance tasks. Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices and procedures. Ability to read schematics and technical documentation accurately. Previous experience in a supervisory role is a plus. Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on teamwork and communication.
