Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pool Builder Superintendent to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in pool construction, plumbing, formwork, particularly those who have hands-on experience as a subcontractor. As a Superintendent, you’ll oversee all aspects of the job site – from coordinating trades and scheduling inspections to maintaining construction documents and ensuring high-quality workmanship. You’ll serve as a vital link between the field and office, managing jobsite productivity, safety, and communication.
Ideal Backgrounds:
Pool construction superintendents Residential construction superintendents (especially with outdoor/luxury project experience) Commercial plumbing foremen or tradesmen with leadership experience Former pool builders or subcontractors transitioning to management roles
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in construction (pool, plumbing, formwork, or residential construction) Proven experience supervising trades, managing timelines, and resolving field issues Strong communication skills with the ability to read construction documents and plans Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel Comfortable working between job sites from West Palm to the Florida Keys Valid Florida Driver’s License with a clean driving record
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple construction sites Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and inspections Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and inspectors Maintain detailed documentation and site reports Ensure projects stay on schedule and within quality standards Promote a safe and clean job site at all times
