This role is essential in keeping our grounds beautiful, safe, and guest-ready, while also supporting general property maintenance. ⸻
Key Responsibilities:
- Mow, trim, weed, prune, remove leaves and trash, and plant throughout the property
- Maintain gardens, walkways, and beachfront areas
- Monitor irrigation systems and maintain landscaping equipment
- Assist the on-site engineer with basic maintenance and repairs
- Support property upkeep, including small fixes, touch-ups, and outdoor cleaning
- Ensure all exterior areas are clean, safe, and well-presented ⸻
