The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems within our facilities. This role is crucial for ensuring that all equipment and machinery operate efficiently, maintaining a safe and productive environment for all employees. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and facilities. Fabricate and weld components as necessary to ensure operational efficiency. Read and interpret schematics to diagnose issues effectively. Utilize logic controllers for troubleshooting and repairs. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Provide exceptional customer service to internal teams regarding maintenance needs. Lead small teams during maintenance projects, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Assist in the development of preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime. Requirements Proficient mechanical knowledge with experience in facilities maintenance. Ability to read and understand schematics for various systems. Experience with welding techniques is preferred. Strong leadership skills to guide team members during projects. Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting. Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on teamwork. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
