Facility Maintenance Vertol Systems Company, Inc Crestview, FL 32539 Grounds and Facility Maintenance
POSITION SUMMARY
We are currently hiring an experienced and dedicated facilities and grounds maintainer to join our team. If you’re a passionate self-starter who is looking for a great crew to be a part of, look no further.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintaining grounds and warehouse type buildings, interior/exterior, yard work, landscaping, lawn maintenance, painting, maintenance equipment repairs, HVAC, etc.
- Prioritize and forecast work to be done.
Experience/Knowledge/Abilities:
- Experience with HVAC, electrical and/or plumbing is a plus.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
- Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.
Special Requirements:
- Ability to work in different environmental working conditions outside, (eg., hot, cold, wind, rain).
- Climb ladders and work at heights above ground level.
Language:
English, Spanish preferred
- Ability to pass drug test & background screening
