Schedule:

Full Time, Monday through Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

On-Call:

Required for after-hours emergencies, including weekends and holidays

Requirements:

Minimum of 2-3 years of direct experience as a Make-Ready or Maintenance Technician (preferably in an apartment or commercial property setting) Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation Background check required Must provide and use your own set of basic hand tools Excellent customer service and communication skills Professionalism in appearance and behavior Strong problem-solving skills Comfortable with carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance Ability to wear company-issued uniform while on duty

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to climb ladders and work in tight or elevated spaces Standing or walking for extended periods Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance in office buildings, common areas, and amenities Prepare vacant units, including painting, cleaning, and repairs Perform HVAC maintenance and repairs; maintain refrigerant log for inspections Complete work orders efficiently and document completed tasks Maintain the grounds and ensure property cleanliness and curb appeal Respond to on-call emergencies in a timely and professional manner Identify and report deficiencies or hazards to the Property Manager Monitor the condition of building systems and assist with preventive maintenance Maintain professionalism in all tenant and client interactions Demonstrate company core values: Flexibility, Can-Do Attitude, Focus on Results, Adroit, and Customer Service Focus Other duties as assigned
