Position Summary:

The Community Punch Technician/Manager is responsible for vacant apartment turn to include: Turnkey operations, punch items, preventative maintenance, and quality control of outside contractors Schedule vendors to complete turnkey operations. Ensure timely completion of vacant unit turns Guide community management staff on maintenance related issues as needed Resolve complex issues as it relates to maintenance work orders Must be hands-on; assist in the completion of work orders Identify areas in need of improvement and make recommendations Must demonstrate the ability to handle multiple projects, able to prioritize, and meet deadlines Various tasks as it relates to maintenance operations Weekend work required Will be in rotation for

On-Call Duty Job Requirements:

HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent. Technical school preferred but not required Minimum 1-year previous maintenance experience Must have own tools Must maintain a reliable vehicle Must have strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills
