Full Job Description About HTG Pro Services:

HTG Pro Services is an established Orlando-based construction and renovation company with over 15 years in the industry. We hold a Contractor license and pride ourselves on reliability, quality workmanship, and excellent customer service. We offer a broad range of residential and commercial services, including remodeling, maintenance, renovations, repairs, and handyman services. We are actively looking for experienced, independent Handymen who can manage tasks without direct supervision and are comfortable handling various types of minor repairs, maintenance projects, and improvements.

Handyman Responsibilities:

Perform general property maintenance and repairs across multiple trades (carpentry, drywall, minor electrical/plumbing, painting, fixture installations, etc.) Complete tasks efficiently and professionally using materials purchased or reimbursed by the company Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to ensure satisfaction Maintain a high standard of work quality and cleanliness at all job sites Provide reliable and timely service without constant supervision

Requirements:

Minimum of 3+ years handyman or related multi-trade experience Skilled across multiple trades (basic carpentry, painting, drywall repairs, minor plumbing/electrical, fixture installations) Proven ability to manage projects independently with minimal oversight Excellent customer service and communication skills Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within the Orlando area Own your own basic tools Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory): Specialized trade certifications or training Ability or experience in estimating projects (opportunity for advancement to supervisor role) Prior experience working as an independent contractor
