This position requires a proactive individual with strong mechanical knowledge and experience in industrial maintenance. The technician will be responsible for managing and maintaining various systems, including HVAC and high voltage equipment, while utilizing schematics and a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track tasks and ensure compliance with safety standards. Duties Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on facility equipment, including HVAC systems and high voltage installations. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues as they arise, ensuring minimal downtime for operations. Utilize schematics to understand system layouts and diagnose problems effectively. Manage maintenance schedules through CMMS to ensure timely completion of tasks. Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. Document all maintenance activities accurately to maintain compliance with industry standards. Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests, prioritizing tasks based on urgency. Skills Strong background in industrial maintenance with hands-on experience in managing various systems. Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics for troubleshooting purposes. Knowledgeable in high voltage systems and safety protocols associated with their operation. Familiarity with HVAC systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance practices. Experience using CMMS for tracking maintenance tasks and managing schedules effectively. Excellent mechanical knowledge to diagnose issues quickly and implement solutions efficiently.
