Orlando, FL 32821 Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse set of skills and a strong work ethic, capable of performing various maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial settings. This role is essential for ensuring that properties are well-maintained, functional, and safe for occupants. Duties Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting. Conduct routine inspections of premises to identify issues that require attention. Respond promptly to service requests from clients or management. Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during all work performed. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions. Qualifications Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred. Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and maintenance practices. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects.
