The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and cleaning of the lagoon & its equipment and systems, as well as ensuring that the facility is kept clean and well-maintained. No experience required. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning of the lagoon, including but not limited to: vacuuming, brushing, skimming, and equipment operations Assist in the maintenance of pool water chemical balance and quality Assist in the preparation and execution of aquatic events, programs, and activities Communicate effectively with Aquatic Supervisors and Maintenance Supervisors regarding repair and maintenance needs High school diploma or equivalent, some technical training or certification in aquatic maintenance and repair is a plus Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment problems quickly and effectively Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays MUST know how to swim, and be able to work outdoors and in the water for extended periods We offer competitive pay and opportunities for professional development and advancement within our company.
