You will perform a variety of tasks such as leaf blowing, pressure cleaning, driving trash and recycling bins to pick up area, walk property for curb appeal, assist Maintenance Supervisor as needed, etc. A Maintenance Technician is a thorough professional with a practical mind and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines. The goal is to maintain the building and common areas in the best possible condition. No previous experience necessary. Responsibilities Perform basic maintenance and manual repairs (replace light bulbs, etc.) Maintain curb appeal of property Follow general upkeep procedures and other tasks as assigned Skills No previous experience necessary Basic understanding of curb appeal Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills Good physical condition and strength with an ability to lift a minimum of 100 pounds and climb a ladder Valid FL driver license with good driving history High school diploma or equivalent We are a drug free workplace.
