Key Responsibilities:

1.

Plumbing:
  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, pipes, and systems in commercial settings.
  • Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and water pressure problems.
  • Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.

Electrical:
  • Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance, including lighting, outlets, and circuit breakers in commercial properties.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure safety protocols are followed.
  • Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential hazards.

Handyman Skills:
  • Carry out a variety of repair and maintenance tasks, including carpentry, drywall repair, painting, and flooring in commercial spaces.
  • Assemble and install furniture, fixtures, and equipment as needed.
  • Respond to general maintenance requests and perform necessary repairs promptly.

General Maintenance:
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment and systems.

  • ⁠Reliable transportation required for first few months and then company work truck will be provided
  • ⁠Must be willing to travel locally but no overnight stays will be required
