The ideal candidate will possess 1 year of experience in general maintenance and repair work required, with knowledge of OSHA Safety and Chemical Standards. Pay, Schedule, and Location Starting at $15.50/hour, paid weekly Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision 1st shift schedule Located in Orlando, FL Duties and Responsibilities Provide exceptional service with warmth and attentiveness to our guests Prioritize prompt responses to guest concerns and requests Conduct proactive maintenance in guest rooms and public spaces to ensure optimal conditions Support the installation, repair, and upkeep of hotel facilities and systems Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues in a timely manner Accurately document all maintenance activities and repairs for proper tracking Perform maintenance duties across multiple areas of the property as needed Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent One year of experience in general maintenance and repair work required One year of experience in hotel maintenance and repair is preferred Knowledge of OSHA Safety and Chemical Standards is required Lift, push, pull, or rotate 50 lbs or more Manual dexterity to operate and grasp tools Ability to climb stairs and ladders as needed —– (Salary range based on experience) —– ABOUT
