Maintenance Technician wanted for a large apartment community, The Grand Reserve at Maitland Park. Quality isn’t something that just happens, it must be carefully planned. Must have two (2) years experience as a Technician in the multifamily industry. Must be HVAC certified Must have extensive knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing. CPO certified preferred.
