Full Job Description Responsibilities:
Ensure equipment is repaired timely. Analyze problems and interpret technical information necessary to make needed repairs on equipment. Complete and close assigned work orders daily Ensure all work assignments are completed; records are made and documentation completed. Actively participate in the Safety Committee to support the safety program. Perform daily walk through the building to ensure the facility is in the best possible condition. Support major building projects. Perform monthly safety audits on maintenance area. Other duties assigned by manager
Skills and Abilities:
Strong operational background and hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical and production equipment repair (Handy Man type). Self-motivated Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Ability to read and interpret manuals & technical drawings. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work effectively on multiple tasks in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Be dependable/ reliable and follow through on commitments, producing timely work to required
