What We’re Looking For:
- 2 + years of experience in resort, hotel, or commercial pool maintenance
- CPO Certification (Preferred but not required)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Availability for morning and afternoon shifts (flexible schedules available)
Tech-savvy:
Ability to use smartphone apps & communication software (Gmail, Slack, Jotform, etc.)
- Valid Driver’s License (Required)
Job Description and Daily Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safest aquatic environment for all patrons and guests
- Maintain proper water chemistry balance & filtration daily
- Perform vacuuming, brushing, tile cleaning, skimming, and backwashing
- Conduct daily safety inspections (life rings, grates, trip hazards, etc.)
- Keep accurate daily log records of water chemistry and maintenance activities
- Respond to on-call work orders promptly and professionally
- Operate, inspect, and make minor repairs to pool equipment

4-hour, 6-hour, 8-hour options
- Morning & day shifts (No late nights!)
