Retail and Facility Maintenance Technician Position Available In Orange, Florida

⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Retail and Facility Maintenance Technician (Orlando) compensation: $25+ depending on experience employment type: job title: Retail Maintenance Technician We are seeking a skilled Retail and Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team and provide exceptional service to our high-end clients across the state of Florida. The ideal candidate should have experience in both retail and facility maintenance, possess strong attention to detail, and be willing to travel throughout the state regularly.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on retail stores and facilities across the state of Florida, including but not limited to light electrical, light plumbing, and occasional HVAC systems.
• Respond promptly to service requests and ensure that all issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
• Install, repair, and maintain fixtures and equipment such as doors, locks, shelving, and signage.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure that all systems and equipment are functioning at optimal levels.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure that all their maintenance needs are met to their satisfaction.
• Keep accurate records of all work performed, including time spent, materials used, and maintenance schedules.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school certification in electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in both retail and facility maintenance, including knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and/or HVAC systems.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a high degree of attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel throughout the state of Florida occasionally.
• Must have a valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and evenings.
