• Primary Responsibilities:

  Facilities planning and coordination (including building servicesand building engineering) Working with security, drivers, building operations (electrical,mechanical, alarms and monitors) Equipment setup/maintenance/repair, and warehousing operations

RequiredQualifications:

High school education or equivalent experience Current driver’s license in applicable state 3+ years of experience in building maintenance Excellent customer service skills Basic computer literacy skills Proven ability to prioritize and organize various work orders Access to reliable transportation Ability and willingness to work irregular work hours onoccasion

• The hourly range for this role is $16.

88 to $33.22 per hour basedon full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors includingbut not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience,certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimumwage laws as applicable.
