Job Overview:

We’re seeking a reliable, hardworking, and trustworthy individual who can learn and manage all aspects of the business. This includes assisting pool technicians, assisting with equipment installation and repair, managing retail sales, and ensuring smooth business operations. The ideal candidate will be someone who can independently manage operations with minimal supervision and direction, ensuring efficiency and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Provide support to pool technicians by assisting with troubleshooting and answering questions related to pool equipment and chemistry. Step in to perform pool cleaning when coverage required for absent technician or in between technicians. Assist with Installation, troubleshooting, and repairing pool equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems. Assist customers in our retail store with product recommendations and sales. Maintain clean and organized store and report any items low in stock. Schedule and manage service appointments efficiently. Supervise and train other employees as needed. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong client relationships. Ensure the business runs smoothly when the owner is away. Honesty, integrity and effective communication skills are a must.

Qualifications:

Experience in pool maintenance and repair is a plus (willing to train the right candidate). Retail or sales experience preferred. Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with tools. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Must be trustworthy, responsible, and dependable. Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
