The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, cleaning, and some repairs of swimming pools, ensuring they are safe and enjoyable for our clients. This role requires the ability to work independently while providing excellent customer service. CPO Certification is desirable but not required. We will pay for CPO Certification for the right candidate Duties Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of primarily commercial, some residential swimming pools. Conduct minor repair and replacements. Inspect pool systems, including pumps, filters, heaters, and chemical feeders, to ensure proper functionality. Diagnose issues related to pool equipment and implement effective solutions. Maintain accurate records of service performed on each pool. Communicate with clients regarding maintenance schedules, repairs needed, and pool care tips. Adhere to safety protocols while working in various environments. Requirements Proven experience in pool maintenance or as a service technician is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively preferred. Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Strong communication skills for client interaction. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A valid driver’s license required for travel between job sites.
