The ideal candidate will have experience with residential and commercial awning installations, including retractable awnings, metal canopies, and screen enclosures. You will be working with hand and power tools, ladders, scaffolds, and occasionally at heights.
Responsibilities:
- Install and secure awnings, frames, and support structures
- Measure and mark installation points accurately
- Operate power tools, drills, and lifts safely
- Load and unload materials for each job site
- Ensure a clean and safe work area
- Communicate with customers in a professional manner
- Travel to various job sites (out-of-town travel may be required)
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+lbs and work at heights
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Experience with construction or awning installation preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Team player with a strong work ethics
