The ideal candidate will have a diverse skill set and be able to perform various maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and efficiently, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards. Responsibilities Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting. Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify issues. Troubleshoot problems using tools such as an ohmmeter to diagnose electrical issues. Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
