Duties Perform various maintenance and repair tasks including painting, drywall installation and repair, plastering, and carpentry. Operate and maintain a variety of hand and power tools. Assess job site conditions, accurately estimate materials, and provide efficient solutions. Maintain clear communication with team members and clients to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience as a handyman, general repair specialist, or similar role. Solid knowledge of construction techniques including painting, drywall, plastering, basic carpentry, and general repairs. Proficient in operating hand and power tools safely and effectively. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
