We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities. Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as repairing machinery, equipment, or systems
• Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems
• Fabricate or weld parts as needed
• Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders and document completed tasks
• Supervise and coordinate contractors when necessary
• Provide leadership and guidance to other maintenance staff members
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment

Skills:

• Strong knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance
• Proficient in welding and fabrication techniques
• Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management
• Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
• Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
