• Maintenance Technician
• to join our growing team in Riviera Beach, FL. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in industrial maintenance who is looking for a stable, long-term opportunity.

• Position Summary:

• The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial machinery and equipment. This role plays a key part in ensuring our operations run efficiently and safely across two buildings.

• Key Responsibilities:

• + Perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and heavy equipment.

+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems, including: + Hydraulic presses + Welding machines + Automated saws + Air systems + CNC and manual lathes + Pneumatic tools + Water jet machines + Replace defective parts such as gears, bearings, and other mechanical components. + Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and prevent equipment failure. + Use diagnostic tools to analyze mechanical problems and determine effective repair strategies. + Install and calibrate new machinery and equipment. + Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including parts used and time spent. + Prepare reports on equipment condition and recommend improvements or upgrades.

• Qualifications:

• + Proven experience in industrial or mechanical maintenance.

+ Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. + Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. + Familiarity with safety standards and procedures in an industrial setting. + Good communication and organizational skills. + High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications are a plus.
