This role carries a wide range of duties from mechanical to electrical on a small to large scale depending on need. You will be responsible for safely performing maintenance and repair operations necessary to keep plant, equipment, machinery, and tools in good operating condition.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain, repair, troubleshoot & upgrade equipment. Perform Preventative Maintenance & record results. Inspects, repairs, installs, modify and maintain mechanical equipment, including electrical systems, circuits and various support equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude required. Experience with basic PLC and industrial schematic troubleshooting, Welding (MIG or Stick), Oxygen / Acetylene torch cutting experience, Compressed air systems, Pumps, and Motors. Equipment repairs as necessary, including sourcing replacement parts Strong industrial electrical skills are a plus. Rigging or millwright experience a plus. Organize all maintenance supplies & inventory. Ability to troubleshoot electrical up to 460V, including ability to read & understand schematics. Ability to respond to emergency breakdowns & phone calls on off hours.
