The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and be capable of performing a variety of maintenance tasks in a residential setting. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential properties, ensuring all systems are functioning properly. Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate tasks to ensure efficient workflow. Conduct electrical repairs and installations, including troubleshooting electrical issues using tools such as an ohmmeter. Execute residential painting projects, ensuring high-quality finishes and attention to detail. Fabricate parts or components as needed for repairs or improvements. Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and troubleshoot issues effectively. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory management. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant concerns promptly and professionally. Qualifications Proven experience in maintenance roles with a focus on residential settings. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems. Proficiency in electrical work, plumbing, groundskeeping, janitorial including familiarity with tools such as ohmmeters. Ability to read and understand schematics related to electrical systems. Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills in English. Experience with CMMS is a plus but not required. A commitment to safety practices and maintaining a clean work environment.
