Certified Pool Operator license required or the ability to acquire within 90 days. Maintain swimming pool and hot tub to Florida Department of Health standards. Check chemicals daily, clean and sanitize. Coordinate with pool tech company on equipment maintenance in pool pump room. Maintain pool storage area keeping all equipment neat and tidy. Maintain atrium ponds in north and south buildings. Clean and rotate all filters on a regular basis to keep equipment working at optimal levels. Keep pool deck clean and free of debris. Empty trash cans on pool deck at least twice daily, more often during busy periods. Maintain pool furniture in an orderly fashion. Rinse furniture/tables/chairs with water at least weekly. Set up tables and chaises for owners at cabanas on pool deck. Maintain cushions and towels for lounges. Maintain lounge chairs on private beach. Put up private cabanas/umbrellas upon owner request. Keep BBQ area and equipment clean on a daily basis. Replace propane tanks as needed. Clean windows of cabanas on weekly basis. Check cabana interiors on a weekly basis for any maintenance issues. Keep patio areas in front of cabanas clean and free of debris on a daily basis. Must read, write and understand English to deal with owners and to maintain required forms for Florida Department of Health. Must be a team player with a positive attitude. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Pool deck and beach are outside so must be able to work out of doors for extended periods of time. Drug-free workplace. EOE.
