Experience with commercial pools is considered advantageous, and the incumbent must meet the requirements to operate company vehicles. Other general maintenance tasks for this position includes pressure cleaning, loading and unloading materials, equipment, and furniture.

Responsibilities:

Conduct repairs and maintenance on plumbing, electrical systems, pool heaters, and pump motors. Inspect and troubleshoot building systems to identify issues and implement solutions promptly. Perform general maintenance activities such as pressure cleaning, loading, and unloading materials. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors to coordinate maintenance tasks efficiently. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus. Proven experience in building maintenance or a related field. Proficiency in plumbing, electrical work, and repair of pool heaters and pump motors. Ability to operate company vehicles and possess a valid driver’s license. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
